Studies in Preparation
The topics include the studies that are in preparation as well. In their cases the date indicates the expected date of publication. It is possible to pre-order these studies, however, they can only be downloaded after their publication.

Further Information
Further information can be obtained about our StudyShop and the studies included in it at the provided e-mail address or telephone number.

Registration
It is worth registering right at the first visit, since it makes both the ordering procedure and the download of the studies easier and shorter from the second purchase on. All the data must be submitted during the registration, since in case of incomplete registration GfK Hungária reserves the right to exclude the registering entity from its online services.
During the registration your e-mail address will serve as your user name, and you can also choose your password. After registering, you can immediately start your shopping tour. Your registration is also confirmed in writing within two workdays, which also means that from that time on you can immediately download our downloadable studies once you have placed the order (with the help of a code sent to you in an e-mail message).
After your registration you will only have to give your e-mail address and password for each further purchase.
Your registration can be modified on the same page, with the exception of your e-mail address. Should your e-mail address change, but your workplace remain the same, you can notify us about the change of your e-mail address via the studyshop@gfk.hu e-mail address. If the change in your e-mail address also means a new workplace, you have to register again.

Entry for Registered Customers
If you have already registered, you can enter to purchase studies by clicking on the Entry for registered customers button and giving your e-mail address and password.

Orders, Purchases
You can order any of our studies by clicking on the Order the study button next to them. The selected studies are placed in the basket, where you can check, modify or send your order to us. You do not have to send your orders separately for every selected study, but you can do it together at the end of your browsing. When you send the order, for safety reasons, you have to give your passport again to confirm it.
A few minutes after placing the order, you will be sent a confirmation of the order via e-mail.
The ordered studies are delivered to you on CD within three workdays (by courier service to Budapest, by postal service to the country). The invoice is sent separately to the invoicing address given during the registration.
If your registration has already been confirmed, you receive a download code in e-mail after placing your order, with the help of which you can immediately download the given study. Certainly, the CD is sent to you in accordance with the above described procedure in this case as well.
When a study is ordered both in Hungarian and English at the same time, you will be charged for only one of them.

Basket
By clicking on the Basket button, similarly to the shopping basket of a traditional shop, you can check the list and total price of the studies you wish to purchase, you may modify or delete your order. You can return to the topics from here any time, and continue browsing among the studies.

Downloading the Studies
You can download a study if you have a download code. The studies can be downloaded in the Acrobat Reader pdf format, and are optimised for printing, but they can certainly be read on computer screens as well. You will instantly receive your download code at your e-mail address if you have received a confirmation e-mail (see: Registration).
Downloading is simple: by clicking on the Download button next to the study to be downloaded, you have to give your e-mail address, password and the download code, and your machine will automatically start downloading your study.

Conditions of Purchase
The Conditions of purchase summarises the information about orders, payments and the copyright protection of the studies. Downloading studies from the StudyShop is only possible when these conditions are accepted.
